I am having problems with my account.
1. Trades were initiated without my knowledge with settlement 10-31-16. I lost $10,000.00 of my balance of $11,000.00. Each day my account shows these trades expiring in the money. This was shown up to Monday morning. All the trades were in the money. By expiration time only one trade was a success and the other two fail, creating a loss of $10,000.00. ( my account manager Eugene placed those trades and did inform me of such. Now I have lost $10.000/00 which could be avoided. I would not have agree to invest all of my balance.
2. I place a withdrawal of $2,000.00 and would like to know the status
3. This morning I try to access my account
4. The system is saying it does not recognize my e- mail and my user name.
AS OF TODAY 12-6-16, NO ONE RESPOND TO MY SEVERAL E- MAILS. EACH TIME I CALL SINCE 10-31-16, ONLY YO HEAR MUSIC.
