They just looking for the premium but no value for customer I paid for long term disability for 14 consecutive years. When a life threatening accident happened and I lost my job due to inability to work 10 hours a day - they denied my claim. In the past I encountered problems with dental insurance, these were minor compare to disability insurance. MetLife does everything possible to deny your benefit. They had very bad service several complaint against them I warned too customer beware of this company they are not paying to their member complete waste of time.
